Pixel Games Sàrl-S exclusively markets and supplies its products and services to customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and other European jurisdictions where such sales are lawful.
2. Nature of Products and Services
Cargomazepuzzle provides exclusively digital entertainment products, including but not limited to virtual game items, game access rights, digital upgrades, premium features, and other non-tangible digital content intended solely for use within the Cargomazepuzzle gaming environment.
No physical goods are sold, supplied or delivered. Consequently, no shipping, postal delivery, tracking number or logistics documentation exists or shall be provided in connection with any transaction completed on this website.
All purchases constitute a one-time transaction for the specific digital content selected by the customer at the time of purchase and do not create any ongoing subscription, recurring billing arrangement, ownership interest or entitlement beyond the scope expressly granted herein.
3. Immediate Digital Delivery and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as implemented under applicable Luxembourg law, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
The purchased product consists of digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium;
Delivery of the digital content begins immediately following successful payment authorisation;
By requesting immediate performance and commencement of delivery, the customer expressly and irrevocably consents to the immediate execution of the contract;
Once digital delivery has commenced, the customer expressly waives and loses the statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, cancellation or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to distance contracts within the European Union.
Accordingly:
Once delivery of the digital content has commenced, the purchase is deemed fully executed. The customer shall have no statutory right to cancel the purchase, reverse the transaction, or exercise any fourteen (14) day withdrawal right under European consumer legislation. The customer confirms that this waiver is knowingly and expressly accepted prior to the completion of payment.
4. Finality of Purchases and Dispute Resolution
Unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise, all purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.
To maintain account security and prevent unauthorised transactions, customers are encouraged to contact our dedicated customer support team at sokoban@cargomazepuzzle.com to resolve any billing inquiries or technical issues before initiating any formal external dispute.
Refund or cancellation requests cannot be processed on the grounds that:
The customer changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the digital product;
The customer made an incorrect purchasing decision or misunderstood the nature of the content;
The customer failed to access the delivered content due to a lack of compatible hardware;
The customer expected physical delivery or permanent proprietary ownership rights.
In accordance with anti-fraud regulations, any verified instances of payment fraud, unauthorised card use, or abusive dispute submissions will result in the immediate suspension or termination of access to the purchased digital content and associated accounts, without prejudice to any additional legal remedies available to the Company.
5. Proprietary Rights, Limited Licence and Non-Infringement
All digital products, software, and content made available through Cargomazepuzzle are licensed, not sold. Pixel Games Sàrl-S explicitly guarantees that all proprietary materials embedded within the platform are either originally created, exclusively owned, or validly licensed to the Company under applicable laws.
Upon successful payment authorisation, the customer receives only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the purchased digital content solely within the designated Cargomazepuzzle gaming environment and strictly in accordance with these Terms. The customer does not acquire ownership of any virtual item, software, game asset, or intellectual property.
All ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the following remain exclusively vested in Pixel Games Sàrl-S:
Source code, game mechanics, and underlying technologies;
Artwork, graphics, animations, and visual assets;
